Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS all clients must have a card on file to book an appointment. 48 hour notice is preferred for cancelling or rescheduling. Please cancel before 24 hours for cut, and 48 hours for color & chemical treatments to avoid a 50% charge to your card on file.
NO SHOWS We will charge 100% of your appointment cost for no shows. This includes being more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.
